​​Policy: Sometimes I am in discussion with several prospective clients about the same date simultaneously. When discussing dates with prospective clients, I will show a date as “Available” until it is officially booked. By discussing the details of your wedding with you, and by providing prices and making offers to provide services on specific dates, Bell Videography is not representing that your date will be held open or that it will still be available at the time you decide to book your event with me. My status will change from “available” to “not available” as soon as any client completes the booking process for that date. I can only guarantee service after your date has been reserved. Reservation will be complete only after all parties have signed a contract for service, a reservation deposit has been received, and the client has received a booking confirmation.
