Coverage hours can be added to or subtracted from any package at a rate of $250/coverage hour.
(The Basic Package has a 1-hour coverage minimum.)

Keepsake RAW footage
This is a chronological edit of all the RAW clips as shot throughout the day. We will go through and take out all of the useless clips and sync any audio we’ve recorded elsewhere. All you have to do is press play to relive it all. It’s the perfect way to see every moment of the day without having to open hundreds of individual video files.
Access to personal online gallery where footage can be downloaded and shared directly

Booking Details

A 50% deposit and signed contract are required in order to secure the date.

Footage is delivered within 3 weeks of event date.
Policy: Sometimes I am in discussion with several prospective clients about the same date simultaneously. When discussing dates with prospective clients, I will show a date as “Available” until it is officially booked. By discussing the details of your wedding with you, and by providing prices and making offers to provide services on specific dates, Bell Videography is not representing that your date will be held open or that it will still be available at the time you decide to book your event with me. My status will change from “available” to “not available” as soon as any client completes the booking process for that date. I can only guarantee service after your date has been reserved. Reservation will be complete only after all parties have signed a contract for service, a reservation deposit has been received, and the client has received a booking confirmation.
